Designed to be a destination in itself, Saké Bar is open daily and presents a premium range of Japanese sake and shochu varieties, along with delicious cocktails designed to enhance the true characteristics of authentic Japanese flavours.
Saké Bar is where you can also sample Shinichi Maeda’s Otsumami menu. Literally translated to mean ‘snacks to go with alcohol’, Otsumami is a traditional Japanese concept and Shinichi has given it a Brisbane edge by focusing on local ingredients.

“The idea is for our customers to enjoy great food and drinks, even when they are in a hurry,” Shinichi explains. “The bar menu has been carefully matched to our sake, shochu and umeshu [plum wine] varieties, and diners can expect our trained staff to make excellent drink recommendations.”
