Saké offers a number of dining options - you can entertain, party or conference privately in one of four private dining rooms, enjoy communal banquet dining, or kick back with friends at a traditional Japanese sunken table. The sushi bar is the perfect place to dine solo or with one other, while booth seating provides a more intimate option.

You can order à la carte or from Saké's range of set banquet menus, vegetarian and "no raw" options are also available.

Last orders are taken at 10.30pm Monday to Sunday. On Friday and Saturday nights, the Saké Cocktail Bar offers a bar menu until 1.30am.
